If you feel that you may need extra support, your first port of call should be with your GP, Midwife or Health Visitor. You would be surprised just how many of us mums are affected by anxiety. The biggest hurdle is making that phone call, sending that What’s App or writing that initial email. But once you have, you’ll feel a sense of calm and the weight drop from your shoulders.
